Sculptra
Results that Get Better with Time
Not every injectable is about seeing an instant change. Sculptra takes a more gradual approach by working with your skin's own collagen production.
Made with poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA-SCA), Sculptra is injected beneath the skin to stimulate new collagen and help restore underlying facial structure. Instead of simply filling a line or adding immediate volume, it encourages progressive improvement that develops over the weeks and months following treatment.
The difference is subtle by design. You still look like yourself, just with renewed support where time has started to take some away.

Building Collagen, One Step at a Time
Sculptra isn't meant to create an overnight transformation. Each treatment sets a gradual regenerative process in motion, giving your skin time to rebuild collagen and reveal natural-looking improvement.
Your provider evaluates your facial structure, areas of volume loss, and aesthetic goals to create a treatment plan specific to you.
Sculptra is strategically injected beneath the skin in targeted areas where additional structural support is desired.
PLLA-SCA works within the skin to stimulate collagen production. Improvement develops progressively as new collagen helps restore support and soften the appearance of wrinkles.

Is Scilptra Your Kind of Injecable?
If you're beginning to notice that your face looks a little less full, firm, or supported than it once did, simply treating individual lines may not address the bigger picture.
Sculptra approaches facial aging differently. By stimulating collagen, it works gradually to address some of the underlying structural changes that become more noticeable with time.
Sculptra may be worth considering if you:
- Are noticing age-related facial volume loss
- Want to soften the appearance of facial wrinkles
- Want to support your skin's natural collagen production
- Prefer gradual changes over an immediate filled appearance
- Want results that look subtle and progressive
- Are interested in a longer-term approach to facial rejuvenation
Why Sculptra is Different
The real story behind Sculptra isn't what it adds on treatment day. It's what your skin begins producing afterward.
Sculptra works with your body to stimulate new collagen production rather than relying solely on the injectable product for correction.
Changes develop over time as collagen rebuilds, creating a more progressive and natural-looking result.
Treatment can help address the underlying loss of structural support associated with facial aging.
As collagen develops, Sculptra can improve the appearance of wrinkles in treated areas.
Because improvement happens gradually, the change doesn't have to look sudden or obvious.
In clinical studies, results from Sculptra have lasted up to two years for many patients.
Give Your Collagen Time to Build
The appointment may be over, but Sculptra is only getting started. Your provider will give you specific aftercare instructions to support recovery while the collagen-building process develops over the months ahead.
Follow all massage instructions given by your provider after treatment.
Use a cold pack wrapped in cloth if recommended to help with temporary swelling.
Be patient with your results. Sculptra® improvement is intended to develop progressively.
Avoid excessive sunlight or UV exposure until initial redness and swelling have resolved.
Don't expect the fullness immediately after treatment to represent your final result. Some early fullness may be related to the water used during preparation and temporary swelling.
Don't skip follow-up appointments. Your treatment plan may involve multiple sessions based on your individual needs.
Any Questions?
Sculptra is an FDA-approved injectable containing poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA-SCA). It stimulates the body's own collagen production to help improve facial wrinkles and restore support within the skin.
Many hyaluronic acid fillers provide immediate correction by physically adding volume to a targeted area. Sculptra® works differently. It stimulates collagen production, so much of the visible improvement develops gradually after treatment.
Results can last up to two years for many patients, although individual outcomes vary. Your provider can discuss what to expect based on your personalized treatment plan.
Sculptra® treatment plans are individualized. A typical regimen may involve multiple treatment sessions, but the appropriate number depends on your starting point, treatment areas, and desired correction.
Sculptra isn't intended to produce its full effect immediately. Improvement develops progressively as your body produces new collagen, with changes becoming more noticeable over the weeks and months following treatment.
Most patients experience limited downtime, but swelling, tenderness, redness, pain, bruising, or other temporary injection-site reactions can occur. Your provider will review aftercare and when you can resume your usual activities.
