CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Commitment to Your Time

At Gearity Wellness Center, we respect the time of every patient and provider. To ensure that all patients have access to timely appointments and that our providers can deliver the highest quality of care, we ask that all patients review and adhere to our cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: No charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: A cancellation fee may apply
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: A no-show fee may be charged to the card on file

No-Show Policy

Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays happen. If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure adequate time for their treatment and the care of other patients.

Deposits and Prepaid Services

Certain treatments and packages may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a same-day cancellation or no-show. Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service of equal or lesser value at the provider's discretion.
