PRF/PRP
Rejuvenation that Starts with You
Some of the most powerful tools in aesthetics already exist within your own body. PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) use a concentrated portion of your own blood to support the natural processes involved in repair and renewal.
Rather than adding artificial volume or changing your features, these regenerative treatments work with your biology to encourage healthier-looking skin, support collagen production, and promote stronger hair growth when used for hair restoration.
The result is an approach to rejuvenation that feels refreshingly natural because it starts with you.

How PRF & PRP Work
It starts with a simple blood draw. From there, your blood is carefully processed to concentrate the components we want to put back to work.
A small amount of your blood is collected, similar to a routine blood draw.
The sample is spun in a centrifuge to separate and concentrate platelets and other regenerative components. The preparation differs depending on whether PRP or PRF is being used.
The prepared PRP or PRF is applied or administered to the targeted area, where its naturally occurring components support your body's own regenerative response.

Could PRP or PRF be Right for You?
PRF and PRP can be appealing when you want visible improvement without relying solely on treatments that add volume or temporarily alter muscle movement.
Because these treatments work by supporting gradual regeneration, changes develop over time rather than appearing all at once.
PRF/PRP may be worth exploring if you:
- Want to support smoother, healthier-looking skin
- Notice changes in skin texture, tone, or firmness
- Want to encourage natural collagen production
- Prefer a regenerative approach using your own blood-derived components
- Are experiencing thinning hair and want to explore regenerative hair support
- Prefer results that develop progressively and look natural
THE BEAUTY OF REGENERATIVE AESTHETICS
PRF and PRP aren't about creating an entirely different look. They're about giving your body's existing regenerative processes more to work with.
PRF and PRP are prepared from a small sample of your own blood.
PRP and PRF may also be used to support healthier hair growth in appropriate candidates.
May be used to support improvements in skin quality, texture, and overall appearance.
Regenerative components can support the processes involved in collagen production and skin renewal.
Results develop progressively as the treated area responds over time.
Most patients can return to much of their normal routine relatively quickly, depending on how the treatment is performed.
GIVE THE PROCESS TIME TO WORK
PRF and PRP rely on a biological response, so the best thing you can do afterward is follow your provider's instructions and give the treated area time to settle.
Follow the personalized aftercare instructions provided at your appointment.
Give results time to develop gradually over the weeks that follow.
Keep the treatment area clean and treat it gently as it settles.
Avoid rubbing, picking, or placing unnecessary pressure on the treated area.
Don't expect an overnight transformation. Regenerative treatments work progressively.
Hold off on strenuous exercise, excessive heat, or other activities your provider recommends avoiding immediately afterward.
Any Questions?
Both are prepared from your own blood, but they are processed differently. PRP concentrates platelets within plasma, while PRF creates a fibrin-rich preparation containing platelets and other blood components. Which is appropriate depends on the treatment area, desired outcome, and provider's protocol.
No. Dermal fillers typically provide volume using an injectable material such as hyaluronic acid. PRF and PRP instead use components derived from your own blood to support regenerative processes, so improvement tends to develop more gradually.
PRP and PRF may be used as part of a regenerative approach to hair thinning. The prepared product is administered to targeted areas of the scalp to support the environment around existing hair follicles. Candidacy depends on the cause and extent of hair loss.
There isn't one treatment schedule that works for everyone. Some regenerative treatment plans involve a series of sessions followed by maintenance, while others may differ based on the area being treated and your individual goals.
Results are typically progressive rather than immediate. Timing varies according to the treatment area, individual response, and treatment plan.
Downtime is generally limited, although temporary redness, tenderness, swelling, or bruising can occur. What you experience will also depend on the treatment area and how PRF or PRP is administered.
